1. Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for paid plans purchased directly from Smart Spend (not via third-party platforms).
- Requests must be made by the original account holder with verifiable proof of purchase.
2. Standard Refund Window
7-Day Refund Window
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge for the current billing period if you have not made significant use of premium features (e.g., large-scale data imports, mass email dispatches, or extensive exports).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Charges older than the stated refund window
- Accounts with material or excessive usage of premium-only features during the current billing period
- Abuse, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks
- Fees, taxes, or currency conversion costs imposed by third parties
4. Proration and Partial Refunds
We generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
5. Trials and Promotions
If you started on a trial or promotional offer and were charged after the trial, you are eligible for a refund only if you cancel within the advertised trial window and meet the usage limits associated with the offer.
